B2B-focused international telecommunications operator Benestra contractually guarantees its service quality to their end customers through BaseN Platform since 2016. With a reliable and scalable Platform in use, Benestra was since then able to rapidly expand their service offering to now more than two thousand customers.
BaseN Platform currently processes close to one million transactions per second from multiple global locations. Benestra was initially deployed for from T-Mobile’s cloud in Prague as a fast incident response and issue management system for Network Operations Center and a Performance Portal for Benestra’s data service customers. Since 2016 Benestra tested BaseN Platform from its own Bratislava cloud and in 2017 signed for a three-year license enabling the anticipated growth and market development.
