The unprecedented development of new technology raises the need for reliable connections. With the ever-growing need for reliable connectivity, T-Mobile is expanding the 4G LTE availability to half of Prague’s metro stations. By 2022, all lines will be covered.
All data traffic from all stations and hubs is also available in real-time. In addition to BaseN Platform’s flexibility, new services are easily created on the fly by the mobile operator. The current constructions to connect the next four stations will have a total distance of 11.6km.
T-Mobile demonstrated how efficiently it is for their own engineers to build and visualize a new service on BaseN. T-Mobile established full 4G LTE coverage throughout the city’s metro line. New developments and deployments for each new connected station are ongoing.
