12 shareholders (90% of shares represented) attended the BaseN Annual General Meeting on Monday, April 24 2017. The annual review and the accounts were approved and the AGM agreed to reelect the Board of Directors.
After reviewing BaseN’s 2016 results, the President & CEO Pasi Hurri underlined: “We have delivered 5% growth rate in 2016 while at the same time continuing to invest substantially in the future, particularly in research and development, as well as in our internal skills and delivery capability. Year 2017 will be the year of spimes and spime containers running on BaseN.”
