This year BaseN celebrates one of its longest customers, Sulzer Pumps Finland. Sulzer is an international industrial engineering and manufacturing company with a special focus on the gas, power and water markets. Twelve years ago, Sulzer Pumps Finland turned to BaseN in order to find a scalable and reliable monitoring service for their IP network. BaseN proved to be the perfect match in offering manageability and controllability of Sulzer’s corporate data.
Over the years the relationship has deepened and BaseN gradually expanded its service offering within Sulzer. The system grew to take also Sulzer’s VoIP and video conferencing under quality and performance monitoring. To enable Sulzer to keep up with latest trends and to continuously improve towards their end customers, BaseN, with its strong experience in environmental measurements, is currently taking on also Sulzer’s data center monitoring.

It is often them who bring ideas how we can create new-to-the-world measurements and data correlations, and how to add more and more control functionality to our bidirectional BaseN Platform.”
