One decade of spimes with BaseN

From basic voice and data to complex virtual private networks and managed data center services, T-Mobile assembles the latest technology with its extensive network to provide industry leading customer solutions. BaseN started out by providing T-Mobile foundations for performance monitoring of existing and newly developed data services, proactive monitoring for VIP care and status monitoring of non-telco devices.

December 17 2017 marks the 10 year anniversary for BaseN and T-Mobile. Since once decade, T-Mobile relies on BaseN’s globally distributed Platform-as-a-service (PaaS) environment for their growing customer base and operations to ensure their customer service level agreements (SLA).

BaseN offers accurate and timely performance feedback to T-Mobile customers and helps to build solid customer trust. BaseN additionally enriches the monitoring by including other T-Mobile’s virtual elements like Hosting Center Network Interfaces. BaseN system proved to be flexible enough for rapid adjustments to heterogeneous reading while giving T-Mobile customers flexible and unified output without compromising reliability or scalability.

BaseN SaaS (Software as a service) enables rapid deployment providing real-time measurements of network availability and performance indicators. BaseN enables T-Mobile to offer performance monitoring as an optional, value-adding service.
