The current issue of Finnish KITA magazine features an article about BaseN’s real-time monitoring and control system for energy and water consumption in smart homes and buildings. The article gives some insights about Adjutantti, the first in the world residential building utilizing this kind of technology, located in Espoo, near Helsinki, Finland.
Whereas Adjutantti was the first impressive smart and eco-efficient apartment building in the Nordics, new projects like Helsinki’s Clever Kalasatama or Sweden’s Royal Seaport are on the rise with the mission to positively influence awareness and use of energy and water.
Over the past weeks also other Finnish building and construction magazines were interested in BaseN’s technology and ran articles, among them Rakennuslehti and Kiinteistälehti.
