BaseN President & CEO Mr. Pasi Hurri was selected as the spokesperson for the Smart Grids group, one of the five theme groups, of the Finnish business delegation visiting Brazil during the week of October 5th. The Ministry of Employment and the Economy of Finland arranges the visit to enable new cooperation opportunities, especially in ICT and digitalization, between Finnish and Brazilian companies.
Alongside the Smart Grids group, including other Finnish industry leaders like Vaisala and Wirepas, the other groups address the topics of Waste to Energy, Bioenergy, Ports, and Naval & Offshore. Mr. Jari Gustafsson, Deputy Minister of Economic Affairs, is leading the overall delegation to visits in Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Brasilia.
