Pasi Hurri, President and CEO of BaseN Corporation will be part of the round table “Customer behaviour and their electric appliances as a driver to smart homes and sustainable energy” at CIRED 2013. CIRED, a major International Electricity Conference and Exhibition for the Electricity Distribution Community, is arranged every second year and will this year take place from June 10th to 13th in Stockholm, Sweden.
Mr. Hurri will emphasize the importance of real time information to effectively engage consumers in saving energy. Together with the other participants he is going to explore what the future energy contract will look like, how consumers will buy energy in the future, what opportunities the Big Data Cloud offers for that and how different players will be able to make money out of it.
