BaseN Annual General Meeting was held on Thursday, April 15, 2021 and 69,78 % of BaseN shares were represented at the meeting. Due to governmental recommendation, BaseN encouraged the shareholders to attend in electronic means.
The shareholders adopted all the resolutions submitted for their approval. These concerned in particular:
- Selection of the auditor
- Election of the Board of Directors
- Approval of accounts for the accounting period ending 31. December 2020
The pandemic demonstrated the vital need for a mission critical platform to keep businesses up and running. According to Xiaohui Zhu, Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Management Team, BaseN performed beyond expectations, and the trend is expected to continue in 2021.
Customers who continue building business on BaseN were able to increase their market share and revenues.
Until 2022, the AGM appointed

- Ralf Wahlsten
- Markus Inborr
- Jarmo Lindberg
to the Board of Directors.
In the subsequent Board meeting, Johan Helsingius was the elected Chairman of the Board.
