The Annual General Meeting of BaseN was held yesterday, 04.06.2019 in BaseN Headquarters in Helsinki, Finland. 92% of the shares were represented.
The shareholders adopted all of the resolutions submitted for their approval. These concerned, in particular:
- The selection of the auditor
- Election of the Board of Directors
- Approval of accounts for the accounting period ending 31 December 2018
Xiaohui Zhu, Corporate Controller and Member of the Management Team, noted that BaseN performed very well in 2018, and this trend is estimated to continue for 2019.
The AGM elected Johan Helsingius, Mika Salonen, Ralf Wahlsten and Markus Inborr to the Board of Directors. In the subsequent Board meeting, Johan Helsingius was the elected Chairman of the Board.
