Net neutrality – BaseN Chairman and ICANN board member Julf Helsingius speaking at the Finnish Internet Forum

Mr. Johan Helsingius, Chairman of the Board at BaseN will discuss Net neutrality in his speech at the Finnish Internet Forum on April 26 at 11:00 at the Finnish parliament. Mr. Helsingius will enlighten how net neutrality has been discussed ever since the first network was built and what net neutrality really means in the current networks.

Further to his speech, Mr. Helsingius will also participate in a roundtable discussion on hybrid warfare. The discussion will centre around the question whether hybrid warfare will be the biggest threat to democracy and how cyber and information security differ.
