The concept of Earth Hour was initially developed in Australia, but quickly replicated on a global level, involving corporations, private citizens and officials alike.
Reducing our energy consumption is crucial to decrease the effect of global warming on this planet. We at BaseN take sustainability very serious and hence encourage all of our employees to participate and switch off the lights for an hour.
Due to the current situation with the severe outbreak of COVID-19, Earth Hour recommends to stay at home and virtually join the Earth Hour 2020.
