For the first time in BaseN’s history, the Annual General Meeting was held virtually due to the global pandemic COVID-19. The AGM 2020 took place on Tuesday, 19.05.2020 and 75,91 % of shares were represented at the meeting. The annual review and the accounts were approved, and the AGM agreed to elect the Board of Directors.
Until the AGM in 2021, the Board of Directors consists of:
