BaseN and T-Mobile Strengthen 20-Year Partnership with Better Automation and New Features

BaseN, a mission-critical provider of fully redundant and inherently scalable infrastructure, is moving ahead with its 2026 plans involving its long-term partner T-Mobile. Working together for two decades, the two companies continue to adapt to the challenging market, currently focusing on three separate areas:  Infrastructure automation, Advanced Service Discovery, and tailored user experiences.
Clear Success in Automated Problem Solving
The partnership hit a major milestone during a 2026 technical meeting in Prague, attended by the Country Manager Michael Hartman and Chief Engineer Kaj Niemi. There, T-Mobile showed the clear success it achieved by using a BaseN feature called  Issue Manager. By using this smart system to handle errors and alerts, T-Mobile has successfully automated the way it manages and fixes technical problems.

The use demonstrates integration and automation has significantly reduced incident resolution times, lowered overall operational load, and provided more granular view of service in the scope. This proven automation track continues to yield tangible improvements in both day-to-day incident statistics and the end-customer experience, covering the majority of incidents.
Goals for 2026
Moving into the next phase of collaboration, BaseN and T-Mobile are simultaneously advancing several high-priority initiatives.

“Our 20-year relationship with T-Mobile is built on a shared focus on data sovereignity, platform reliability, flexibility, andeasy scaling,” says Michael Hartman, Country Manager at BaseN. “The great operational results T-Mobile achieved this year –thanks to expert use of BaseN flexible tools – gives both companies a strong foundation for joint growth.
