Helsinki, Prague, June 3, 2008 - GTS Novera chooses BaseN Platform for Performance Monitoring
GTS Novera, one of the leading providers of fixed line telecommunications services on the Czech market, is rolling out the BaseN performance solution for monitoring GTS Novera’s data and Internet services. BaseN Platform will be integrated with the GTS Novera automated provisioning and billing system as well as the CRM application.
After six months of extensive technical evaluation of BaseN Platform against competing technologies, GTS Novera decided to modernize its existing performance management system and chose BaseN’s flexible performance monitoring system with advanced issue management capabilities. BaseN delivers the BaseN Platform in a Software as a Service (SaaS) model.
With the BaseN monitoring services and customer performance portals, GTS Novera enhances its high quality telecommunications services and provides proactive support to its customers – up to 20 000 customer end-points.
“It took only three weeks to implement the whole system and since the beginning it has exceeded our expectation. The BaseN Platform is massively scalable and seamlessly provides additional capacity as demanded. Due to its next generation approach, it is flexible enough to allow for quick integration of various technologies as they emerge as well as with legacy systems. This guarantees that GTS Novera always has real-time and accurate data for evaluating the capacity and status of their customer networks.
