In close cooperation with one of its major operator customers, BaseN has developed a comprehensive solution for public telephone exchange measurement and management. The new solution enables the comprehensive real-time monitoring, event logging and -correlation and issue tracking for both central- and local phone exchanges.By providing the operator with full visibility of events within their fixed line network they can quickly track issues, locate their root cause and resolve them. The BaseN solution provides alerting via email and SMS, thus reducing reaction time to critical events.
This new solution is integrated into the BaseN Platform, in order to take full advantage of the platform’s scalability and superior processing power.
