Resolutions of the Annual General Meeting and the Board of Directors Meeting of BaseN Corporation

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of BaseN held on 16 April, 2007, elected Mr. Jan Inborr, as a new member of the Board of Directors.
Karl-Erik Palin, Johan Helsingius and Ralf Wahlsten were re-elected as members of the Board.

Furthermore, the Board of Directors Meeting held on 16 April, 2007, decided to re-elect Karl-Erik Palin as chairman of the Board.
