01.07.2006 - Mr. Hartman joins BaseN to support growth in central Europe

Helsinki/Prague. June the 1st Michael Hartman was appointed as Country Manager for Czech Republic and a member of BaseN’s Product Management team.

Michael Hartman has Ing. (Master of Science) degree in Cybernetics. After years in automation research he worked for leading companies such Apple Computer Inc, Internet CZ, EUnet and KPNQwest. He has vast experience in networking, sales and marketing areas and participated in several large projects for Czech and international companies.

As KPNQwest Country Manager and  CEO he was responsible for largest Czech independent ISP. He was Director of Strategy in GTS-Novera, leading Czech alternative telecommunication operator, Head of Panasonic Business Systems in Czech Republic and founder of MH Management & Consulting company.

Mr. Hartman is 41 with extensive working experience both in local and multinational environment, is married and lives with his family in Prague.
